GSA Polaris is a small business Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (GWAC). It is designed to provide agencies with a trusted and innovative contract vehicle for complex IT services from highly skilled small businesses across multiple socioeconomic pools. GSA positions Polaris as a vehicle focused on emerging technologies and part of the government's procurement equity agenda to increase the role of small businesses and disadvantaged companies in federal contracting. The vehicle can be used for CONUS and OCONUS performance.

2TechJV is committed to offering Electronic Product Environmental Assessment Tool (EPEAT), an IT product global eco label, at the EPEAT Bronze Level for all products/equipment used within the performance of Polaris task orders, if electronic hardware is procured as ancillary equipment in an order under the Master Contract.
